THE WOMAN BEHIND DM360
BACKGROUND
As an entrepreneur and business owner with 35+ years’ experience in sales, management, training, and leadership, Donna has witnessed the transformative power and diverse benefits of implementing conscious leadership principles and building strengths-based cultures in business environments.
Donna’s passion for coaching can be traced back from her early career in the pharmaceutical industry to her most recent 19-year tenure in the apparel industry where she has built an extensive following of private clients and coached a team of over 70 members in 15 states. Donna has been honored for her contributions to the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), as well as recognized nationally for driving 10% growth per year and generating revenues in excess of $5.3M annually for cabi, LLC. These collaborations have resulted in impressive process improvements for her clients and team.
While her coaching and workshops have taken her across the globe, Donna is a proud Ohioan (currently residing in Powell).
After earning a Certification from The John Maxwell Team as a Certified Speaker, Trainer, and Coach, Donna went on to gain a Leadership Vision Consulting Certification as a Strengths Communicator, utilizing the CliftonStrengths Assessment. Donna has extensive training and certifications from Coaches Rising in Developmental Coaching, Embodied Transformation, and Presence-Based Coaching. Donna regularly works with family-owned businesses, healthcare firms, school districts, government agencies, fashion apparel companies, women’s and leadership organizations. She regularly consults with other highly successful companies, teams, managers, and individuals.

FOUNDING OF DM360
In 2018, Donna launched DM360 to support businesses that are growing but starting to get bogged down with the challenges of complexity and relationship conflict. Her clients recognize that there is a need for investing in leadership development and defining a culture that is intentionally tied to vision, values, mission, and goals.
Providing consulting, strategic planning, leadership development, workshop creation and specializing in CliftonStrengths-based facilitated training, DM360 is a thoughtfully curated coaching company. DM360 brings high energy and creative full-circle solutions for the workplace with a facility located in the heart of downtown Powell.
Donna is adept at helping people and teams unlock potential and find solutions to undo the drama that prevents individuals and organizations from thriving. She routinely supports family-owned businesses that are transitioning leadership from one generation to the next.
