Why

At DM360, we are passionate about the practice of Conscious Leadership and Conscious Capitalism.

As the word conscious implies, this is leadership that is based in presence. It is open, curious, and committed to learning- and a leadership style that is grounded in taking 100% responsibility. It is about how you show up at any moment in time, not about controlling, changing, or seeking approval from others. 

Human brains are wired to protect our ego/identities from perceived threats. The threats to today’s leaders are drastically different than those of our ancestors. (When was the last time you were chased by a tiger?).

Unconsciously, we show up closed, defensive, and wanting to be right.

We take more than or less than 100% responsibility to protect ourselves from perceived threats. We get reactive. We want to be right. This works until it doesn’t. Our reactivity causes us so much more drama and suffering than necessary. It takes away from playfulness, fun and getting the job done professionally.

It makes things harder than they need to be.

As a student of Conscious Leadership, I am committed to sharing practical ways to support leaders who want to show up more consciously. This is one of the fundamentals of my coaching practice and how I endeavor to live my life. I believe that the future of our humanity depends on this!
